Elhaam Academy welcomes families who are seeking a rigorous academic program grounded in Islamic values. Our admissions process is designed to be clear, supportive, and transparent, ensuring a strong partnership between home and school.

Admissions Process

Inquiry

Families begin the process by contacting the Admissions Office. Our team will provide information about programs, availability, and next steps.

Tour and Information Session

Families are invited to schedule a school tour and information session. This provides an opportunity to learn more about our academic program, school culture, and expectations, and to ask questions.

Application Submission

Families complete the online application through GradeLink.

Family Interview

Families are invited to participate in a family interview with an admissions representative. The purpose of this meeting is to understand the family’s goals, values, and expectations, and to ensure alignment with Elhaam Academy’s educational approach.

Student Assessment

Students complete an academic assessment during the admissions process. The assessment evaluates grade-level readiness in mathematics and English Language Arts. Results help identify strengths and any areas where additional support may be needed.

Admission Decision

Following the interview and assessment, the admissions committee reviews the application. Families receive an admission decision by email. Accepted families will receive detailed enrollment instructions.

Enrollment Process

  • Enrollment Packet

    Upon acceptance, families receive an enrollment packet that includes:
    • Enrollment agreement
    • Family handbook
    • Emergency contact forms
    • Consent forms

  • Tuition

    The tuition agreement outlines payment plans and due dates. A $1,000 enrollment deposit is required and applied toward annual tuition.

  • Orientation & Welcome

    All new families attend a student and family orientation. Orientation includes meeting teachers, receiving class schedules, reviewing school policies, and preparing for the start of the school year. Families also receive uniform guidelines, supply lists, and key dates.
