Young Leaders Club

This club is designed to empower students with the communication skills needed to become confident leaders through debate, public speaking, speech preparation, storytelling, and role-playing scenarios. Activities include: Elhaam Academy Speech Competition, Mock Model UN Debate, Nasheed and etc. Field trips to the United Nations Headquarters, the FBI Office, and the Spy Museum will expand their understanding of diplomacy and security, while volunteer opportunities, such as park cleanups, encourage community engagement.

Current Elhaam Academy S.T.E.A.M Extracurricular Programs

 The first extracurricular STEAM program we have implemented is the S.T.E.A.M Quest Program. Under this program we offer students the opportunity to participate in rotational activities that serve as a quest to discover new talents, learning skills, and fun activities to help inspire and build future careers! The program is facilitated during club hours every Thursday after dismissal from 3pm – 4pm

S.T.E.A.M Quest Extracurricular Program

Offered Sessions: Fall/Winter September 10th - December 31st. Spring/Summer January - May Students Need to register for each session.

Milestone Project for Fall/Winter 2024 Session

Inaugural Projects: Community Building Project & Published Book Theme: “You are The Future” Students explore the theme of their future careers, ambitions and communities through various lenses and activities.

Goal

Under the Elhaam Academy Extracurricular Program, S.T.E.A.M Quest there will be 7 separate clubs. Each club will produce a milestone project that can be a physical culmination of the themes studied during the session of the club.
