KG to 2nd Grade Students Experience Nature, Fun, and Discovery Together
Our KG, 1st, and 2nd grade students had an amazing day exploring and learning at the Queens Botanical Garden From discovering beautiful plants and flowers to enjoying nature with friends, the trip was filled with fun, curiosity, and hands-on learning. Experiences like these help our students connect classroom lessons with the world around them while creating joyful memories together.
Save The People’s Junior Ambassador Program Empowers the Next Generation
Wow! MashaAllah As part of the Junior Ambassador Program, our youth stepped into spaces that represent unity, leadership, and global impact. From visiting rooms at the United Nations to exploring a bookstore SDG corner, they had the opportunity to learn, engage, and experience something greater than themselves. It was truly inspiring to see them in these meaningful environments. The Junior Ambassador Program, supported by Save The People, is a youth leadership initiative designed to help young people grow as leaders, build confidence, and engage in important conversations about community and global issues. Through workshops, discussions, and real-world experiences, students explore leadership, communication, teamwork, civic responsibility, and social awareness. They begin to understand their role in shaping both their local communities and the wider world around them. The goal of the program is to empower youth to find their voice, develop a sense of purpose, and recognize their ability to create positive change starting right where they are.
Elhaam Academy Khutbah Highlights the Meaning and Purpose of Hajj
Khutbah at Elhaam Academy This week’s khutbah focused on the significance of Hajj, one of the pillars of Islam. Students learned about its importance, the lessons of sacrifice, unity, and submission to Allah. A meaningful reminder for our students to strengthen their connection with their faith and understand the beauty and purpose of Hajj.

Students in Grades 3–4 Learn Teamwork and Service Through Volunteering
Students in grades 3–4 participated in a volunteering session focused on teamwork, leadership, and service, in partnership with Save The People. Through guided discussion and reflection, they explored how they can support their families and contribute to their communities beyond the classroom. We look forward to continuing this meaningful collaboration and expanding these opportunities for our students.
Helping Hearts at Elhaam Academy
Our K–2 students participated in a meaningful Helping Hearts activity focused on kindness, empathy, and supporting others, in partnership with Save The People. By introducing these values early, we help shape thoughtful, compassionate, and engaged members of our community.
